About Her

Victoria is a young guardian dedicated to protecting children. She was born to a rich family, but her mother died in childbirth. Her father died soon after that, leaving her sister to take care of her. Ann then robbed money to support them, since they lost all money. To avoid being hanged for the crime, the sisters fled. They went the the North, where Ann died, and so did Victoria. As she died, North took pity and asked the Man in the Moon, to make her a guardian. The Man did, and blessed her with powers to control the weather, so she could make the summer that she missed in the North.

Powers

Victoria has the power to change and manipulate the weather. She is mainly responsible for the weather, but guardians like Jack Frost also help. Since Jack mainly controls snow, she does not have such a tight grasp on the magic.
